On December 22, 2023, our very first Adult Education LPN- to-RN cohort celebrated the completion of their program as they took part in the symbolic pinning ceremony. The ceremony marked the culmination of an educational journey for 14 dedicated students.
The event, attended by approximately 150 friends and family members, underscored the unwavering support extended to our graduates during their academic journey.
One of the highlights of the ceremony was the traditional pinning, symbolizing that the newly minted Registered Nurses (RNs) have received comprehensive education and are well-prepared to contribute significantly to society as healthcare professionals.
The ceremony included a presentation of portfolios, a recitation of the Nightingale Pledge (the Nurse's Oath), and a candle-lighting ceremony.
We are immensely proud of the achievements of these individuals and the dedication they have demonstrated throughout their educational journey. The success of the LPN to RN Bridge Program is a testament to the work of our staff to bring this program to our area and of our educational initiatives in preparing competent and compassionate healthcare professionals.
