What is Project SEARCH?
Pickaway-Ross CTC has partnered with OhioHealth Berger Hospital, Project SEARCH, Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities, Ross County Board of Development Disabilities and Pickaway County Board of Development Disabilities to provide Pickaway and Ross County students this amazing opportunity!

What can Project SEARCH do for me?
Obtain work-based individualized coaching, instruction and feedback.
Acquire competitive, transferable and marketable job skills .
Gain increased independence, confidence, and self esteem.
Participate in a nine-month unpaid internship (Following the Pickaway-Ross CTC calendar).
Gain skills through three 10-week rotations in various departments throughout Berger.
Develop connections to Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities and other adult service agencies.
How do I apply?
Complete all graduation requirements and defer diploma.
Apply to Pickaway-Ross CTC.
Have a future goal of competitive community employment.
Be willing to learn, have fun and meet new people.
