FMX
FMX is used as a tool for management of tasks which need approval and scheduling. It lets users generate work orders for technology requests, maintenance, and resources.

Microsoft 365
Microsoft 365 Office desktop apps allow staff access to programs like Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and Outlook (email).

Microsoft Teams
Microsoft Teams is a workspace in Office 365 that integrates all the people, content, and tools your team needs to be engaged and effective. You will be assigned Channels within the Adult Education Team based on your role. For questions on accessibilty, please contact your direct supervisor.
For technical questions, please create a Technology Request in FMX for our IT Dept.

Google Classroom
Uses a centralized platform for teachers and students to manage assignments, communicate, and collaborate in one place. Please contact your direct supervisor with questions.

Remind
An app that acts as a communication method for teachers to send messages to multiple recipients at once.
All staff and students need to join the AE Remind class for Emergency Notifications. There are multiple ways to join and you should choose the one that will ensure you will receive timely notifications should there be an emergency. The easiest way to join is to text @prae19 to the number 81010. (Messaging and data rates will apply).
